So good -- Got this to replace an Aris router I got from Wal-Mart. Ariss had CONSTANT downs with wireless and connectivity. It doesn't have the same problems. I wouldn't say the wireless range is better, but at least it's stable. Aris went back to Wal-Mart, and it cost half as much. I haven't tested the speeds yet, but coming from DSL, cable is (at least) a million times faster at the moment. I subscribed to 200 megabytes, get 80 on this cable and much worse on wifi. Tons of drops, slow/stuttering wifi. I decided to try to update the firmware - I can't - there is no option in the settings, although it shows that it is lower than other posters on their site. Dissatisfied. I'm contemplating throwing this in my driveway and moving it in just to make me feel better.
