Review on CRESAY by Chris Lacasse

Why Cresay's subpar products and poor customer service are so disappointing

I frequently buy online, but my most recent encounter with CRESAY was unsatisfactory. For a forthcoming occasion, I ordered a dress and accessories, but what I got was far below what I had hoped for. First and foremost, the dress's craftsmanship was subpar. The fit was totally incorrect, and the material felt cheap. With its loose threads and uneven hems, the dress' shoddy construction was obvious. The accessories I purchased were also of poor quality and did not resemble the images on the website. I tried to get in touch with customer service to voice my concerns, but I only got dismissive answers and unhelpful attitudes in return. They obviously didn't care about how I found their goods or how happy I was with them. Overall, CRESAY's subpar quality and lackluster customer support are disappointing. Even though they may have fairly priced items, it's simply not worth it when the clothes are of poor quality and the customer service is unhelpful. CRESAY is not the best choice for online purchasing because there are many other websites that provide higher-quality goods and better customer service.

Pros
