I had a choice between a regular irrigator and a $15 more expensive nano irrigator. Happy to have gone in this direction. Great quality and now I have one to take with me on the go. There is a case. Smaller than my WiFi. The standard size is even more compact than I expected. I like how the attachments are placed at the top. Although 1 of the attachments is not suitable. A total of 6 nozzles are supplied with this model: 4 of them can be installed on top of the device. 1 can go to the device (that you're using) and then there's another 1. So it's a bit strange that there isn't another place at the top. Apart from that I really love it. I used a standard nozzle, a plaque nozzle, and tried a mix of mouthwash and water. You just have to be sure to flush with water to keep it from clogging. Works perfectly!
