I like that it's easy to use, has great customer service (both live chat support in addition to ticketing system), is very cost effective if used properly, can be updated quickly without much downtime or lag time between updates as long you have sufficient resources available.
It doesn't do any type of translation from scratch - so this could become an issue when there are multiple languages involved within one piece of software/website being translated into various other languages. If your project involves translating only 1 language across all versions then no issues at all. We're using Deluxelocalisation to translate our website which was previously having some minor bugs fixed before going public but now we've released version 2 - meaning more people will see those fixes than ever!
