I wore a more expensive compression sleeve to deal with quite a bit of pain in my elbow. I'm not an athlete or anything. I am a school janitor and I do a lot of work with my hands. I've been diagnosed with tennis elbow and something as simple as raising a glass for a drink makes my elbow feel like it's about to explode. A compression sleeve has helped some, but now it's summer, hot and itchy. I'm sure this particular elbow brace isn't that different from many other brands, but this style really surprised me at how much relief it offered. The instructions say to measure four inches from where you feel tender, so I did. The strap easily adjusts to fit a variety of hand diameters. So far it's been pretty durable and the price is good! I would recommend them to try.
