Sequin fabric is navy blue and lined so it doesn't itch as some reviews say in electric blue. The boat neckline and princess seams are very flattering. And the top flattens the tummy. I am 5 feet 6 inches tall and weigh 147 pounds. and bought a size 8. No changes were needed. Even the length is perfect! I felt great wearing this as the mother of the bride!
