Cute but missing tassel :(

This is a very cute versatile bag but as soon as I took it out of the box one of the tassels fell off. The zip loop is too wide so it doesn't doesn't hold the tassel.I've tried using pliers to close it a little more but it doesn't budge.Would be 5 stars if it didn't.
