Great System For Keeping Track Of All Employees and Guest Information

I like how easy it was for all of our staff at The Westin St Louis Airport to access information about each other, as well as their respective departments within the property. It also helped us manage everything in one place! There wasn't anything we disliked specifically; however, there are some functions you can use with this system which aren't part of what they offer out of box. We used it mainly because of ease of accessibility from both the front desk AND back office personnel when necessary. This allowed everyone's duties to be more streamlined throughout different shifts without having to go through multiple email chains or phone calls if something needed clarification. It's great for keeping track of all guest information, check in/check out times are easy with this system! I have yet not found anything about it i dont like but there may be something im missing or overlooking atm? Definitely recommend trying quoré if you haven't already as they provide amazing service along side their product which makes them unique compared other competitors such us hilton connect etc..

  • Allows guests' photos / pictures taken during stays too easily stored while providing an instant upload link onto social media platforms very convenient :)
