Ordered this dartboard last Thanksgiving. Within a week he began beeping intermittently after each throw of the dart and between shots. very annoying, but otherwise the board worked perfectly. It stopped after a few sessions but I called Arachnid customer service and reported it and documented it. I read that after 1 month they do not pay shipping costs. Customer service said they would be happy to exchange it and pay for shipping. I said it stopped beeping and I'll see if it happens again. Well it happened a few times over the holidays so I called and asked for a replacement in February. They sent me a new board that still works great and a return label for the old one. Although I was annoyed about the issue with the 1st board, I am very satisfied with Arachnid's customer service and I really like the board. It makes a robust and well-made impression. It can handle any dart weight and rebounds are rare. And yes, every time the arrow doesn't shoot through the blue moon. It seems that the throws go very quickly. I have it outside on my porch. He doesn't get wet, but he has to deal with wet weather here in South Florida, so we'll see how he does. I've had many cheaper electronic boards over the years and none of them lasted long. Hoping for the extra $$$ this one holds.
