Bought one several years ago. Just bought 4 more for Christmas gifts. Over 1000 uses still works like new.Bag Microwave Popcorn is REALLY bad for you. Read the ingredients. This thing does not make dry popcorn like an air popper, its moist and tastes way better.Tips:1. Buy a butter melter made of the same stuff, I have washed mine in Dishwasher 100 times still like new.2. Don't use the cooker as a popcorn bowl and you literally will never have to wash it.3. After corn is popped do not touch anything but the lip or bottom or you will burn your hand.4. Save the box if you want to store upright on the shelf.5. Buy the biggest bag of popcorn you can find, you'll be eating a lot more of it and save a ton of money.
