It really bleaches you theet (their spelling) but buy something else.
I was afraid to use a product that had the word 'teeth' spelled wrong. I think it's important to use products that pay attention to detail, but I tried. Whitened my teeth a few shades, there was no irritation. It also comes with a desensitizing gel that doesn't explain how to use it. The box also doesn't say how long to use it, so I just used the timer on the lamp. Next time I will use a different one though as I can get the same results with most other whitening gels and I have better guidance and clarity.
