Not suitable for oral pain relief
Instructions are written backwards so it's hard to know what to do next. The protective case feels so bulky in my mouth and fits over my gums. Lost so much that it no longer fitted my molars and I was maintaining the correct temperature for less than recommended. Not good. They're trying to buy reviews. So that people know about it.
