I like that my monthly goal reports include all sales sources, not just social media only which makes it easy to see where ROI really comes from each source! Also they are extremely responsive via email if you have any questions or concerns during setup process - highly recommend using them for their expertise in this space!! Some analytics were confusing with multiple platforms so we had some data errors at first but once corrected everything was fine after about 2 weeks (maybe less). We're able get accurate conversion metrics without having our own analytic team set up & monitoring things ourselves by utilizing these tools as well has getting great insights into what posts perform best vs. least etc., allowing us plan future campaigns more effectively along those lines since there's no guesswork involved anymore when setting goals/targets within accounts themselves now.
