Review on 11-Inch Seamless Pizza Screen by Winco Aluminum Winware by Teresa Diers

I'm tired of kids heating up the whole house just to make frozen pizza, so I turned it into a toaster oven. Early attempts to cook pizza directly on the toaster rack resulted in some melted cheese dripping onto the bottom, but using an all-metal pan didn't make the pizza as crispy as I'd like. Simple solution: this pizza screen! It's big enough to hold their pizza (mainly California Pizza Kitchen and Tombstone) with about half an inch of headroom, but it allows the toaster heat to reach the bottom crust perfectly. I never got a chance to properly season this screen before the kids used it and threw it in the dishwasher, but I haven't had any sticking or rusting issues. My only star is that it's a bit light; Now that I know this is a wonder tool for making pizza, I can start looking for a bigger screen!
