Had to switch to this product due to sensitivity. (The previous toothpaste kept my mouth and teeth clean all day. My dentist commented on how my gums improved after my previous toothpaste. I had no tooth decay, no tartar and my mouth seemed so clean but it caused some skin irritation to tea tree oil). Enter Teebaum and Tom's of Maine sensitivity. First, I had to double my brushing time (to about 10 minutes) just to brush my teeth, and even with the extra brushing time, my teeth felt "less than smooth" by lunchtime, for example. When I wake up in the morning (yes, I brush my teeth and floss before bed) I have a pretty bad taste in my mouth, similar to forgetting to brush your teeth. I also noticed tartar buildup (where I've never had it) and my gums are receding (probably due to extra brushing). I sympathize with all the kids using this product because they probably don't know any better and their parents certainly don't know about the (less than acceptable) effectiveness of the product unless they try it themselves. So no, I can't do this Do not give the product a good rating, especially since it is for children who are developing teeth. There are better ways.
