Installation was pretty easy. I don't think it affected the water pressure. I find the rain/massage setting to be the gentlest. The massage feels like it hits me and the rain looks like needles. Honestly, I hate high water pressure. The weaker the better, IMHO. But if you're like my boyfriend or anyone else I know, you'll love a massage or rain. I think it's good for couples who like to shower together because you don't have to take turns underwater. One can put the handheld, the other put it under the other. The length of the cable is enough for an ordinary apartment shower. If I ever dared to bathe my cat at home instead of at the groomer, it would work (but it won't). I can even install my shower stall if that affects how much the shower head can rotate (not manually), but that doesn't matter to me. Please note my shower stall is bolted on top to prevent it from sliding down =8-1&keywords=simple+human+shower+caddy&pebp=1436845110587&perid=1ECHH11Q35K37YM8S00K). Not sure if other shower trolleys that slide down knock the shower head over or push it so far it leaks. Note that this trolley is only about $40 for a bed bath and up, not $65 here. In general I like it. . The price is good. And it's easy to install. The only thing I don't like is that because of my short stature (5ft 2in) it's hard to see where the hand hook is because everything is so tall. I wish it protruded more because the other shower head is so big it's not visible.
