I needed to replace a very old iron and I chose this iron. This iron is so good, my old one must have been ancient. I don't know how old he was, maybe 30. Anyway, this one is perfect. Lightweight but does the job. It's big enough to cover the fabric without feeling like you have that much work to do, you know that feeling? I don't iron much anymore, but sometimes I still need an iron even though I have a steamer. I also use an iron for sewing. For this price, under $30, this is an amazing iron. I didn't want to spend €100 on an iron that I hardly ever use. The iron is so cool, I would even iron more often!
