Very high quality item, easily compares to the $200-300 half pads I see in tack stores. The only issue (and the reason I removed one star) is that was a bit too long for my 17" saddle. I believe it would fit a 17 1/2 or 18" saddle better. but my horse does like it very much and I can feel that it does help with shock absorbing a lot, which is super important to us Jumpers!
- Offers good support and resists movement. Fits my larger saddle well as pads are after too small.
- May be uncomfortable for some horses and cause rubbing or chafing
