Review on Nokian Tires Nordman 7 205/55 R16 94T winter by Barbara Budna ᠌

I had avoided Nokian tires in the past due to hearsay regarding their hernia-resistance, but when it came time to replace my Continental IceContact tires (6 years of mild use), I decided to give them a try despite mixed reviews (good and bad). Good tires overall; easy to drive and ride on. Having just driven it for around 5,000 kilometers (1.5 seasons), I cannot comment on its durability. The noise is bothersome, since there is a clatter of thorns (as with all studded ones) and a rumble. Humming tires were something I'd never encountered before. Tires from Gislaved (Nord Frost III), GOODYEAR (Ultra Grip), and Continental (IceContact) have all served me well. Therefore, I do not believe that Nokian Nordman 7 is the finest option.
