some more spent on elastic cords later. think I will get a better product (compared to what I have now). Turns out the cheaper ones would be better. The plastic "flip cover" falls off and cannot be easily installed (see photo). So now I have an open hook that is breaking (separating from the bungee part. Not to mention I was surprised it was just a hook threaded through the bungee cord. Doesn't seem very secure Anyhow It might work for some but for the price - will go back and buy something else.
