in my opinion not optimal
I didn't like your misunderstanding about the initial delivery time. Great that you are following customer service through to resolution. I didn't like how the shoes fit; I ordered size 12, you sent 11 1/2. If they fit in length, but unlike all other adidas shoes (many) I've had, this model's width doesn't fit me.
