I have never whitened my teeth in my life so I decided to give it a try. After the first 6 Opalescence GO treatments my teeth are a lot whiter than before but the last 4 of the 10 treatments that come in the box haven't made much of a difference so if I do it again in the future I will think so , maybe I'll just do 5 or 6 and save the rest for later. Another thing I'd like to add is that YouTube videos show people easily putting a plastic applicator in their mouth and when they take it out the bleach ends up in their mouth but for me that's not the case. It didn't work so I took the whitening portion out of the plastic applicator and put it in my mouth with my hand and it seemed to work fine for me.
