Good fit. I wish they were a bit wider, but they seem to protect the bodywork from dirt being thrown out by the rear wheels. Screwdrivers or Torx T-15 and T-20 bits (6 point). Basically, you remove the screw and then temporarily mount the fender with 1 screw. Then drill 3 holes in the plastic of your car (drill 5/32). Remove the protection. I would also remove the extra screw higher than the instructions to give you better access to install the screw holders. Then reinstall the screws and mount the fender. Rinse and repeat for the other wheel. It would be better if T-15 bolts were included in the kit so they are the same as the stock bolts, but that's fine. Later I can dismantle, prime and paint to match our Acadia.
