I received this pillow during my pregnancy. My doctor recommended this pillow to me. I gave it 3 stars Pro - It's a good body size - It comes in a cool airtight bag that can be reused - The pillowcase feels soft against the skin - The fabric keeps you warm - It's a little soft - Had it 5 days long and it's already flat - it doesn't hold its shape well - doesn't support the tummy very well - this pillow should be a 20-25 so it's a bit oversized
