Review on Kiefer Cushion Collar 2 Inch Yellow by John Martin

This is better than what I found, not super basic in a very good category. My disabled child used a neck ring for swimming but we replaced it with a larger one. It is difficult for her to put her neck through because the strap covering it interferes with boarding. The neck opening is only 1 inch smaller. I constantly have to change the position of my child so that it doesn't choke on the pressure in my throat. This keeps her in the pool and gives her the freedom to "swim" without me having to hold her like that. he gets 4 stars
