I like this product especially knowing my water is glass and not plastic. I also like the simple flip-top lid (and lock). After all, who wants to unscrew the cap completely with every sip and then risk the cap falling off! I'm not giving 5 stars because disassembly is a bit annoying. So many parts. some need to be hand washed. I have found myself using this for several days without washing. Maybe I'm just lazy. :( Also, the original package leaflet with instructions was partially stuck between the layers. It took forever to get them out. I had to pull carefully (so as not to break them) and the tweezers. on the paper stuck to the outside of the glass layer. I think they should reconsider how they pack the instructions.. especially since you may need them for initial disassembly!
