Overall the product is perfect, I just unboxed a pair. I hope another size 12 will be in better condition. Send these back. 3 stars for the inconvenience due to the short time before the desired date. But also why I started shopping early. The new pair I just ordered are delivered here the day before the funeral. I hope they all have stitches. . .To update. The seams were crooked, the shoes ripped at the back. Such a headache. No comments from seller. look elsewhere
