Theft deal Don't get me wrong they would be perfect if they didn't rip out of nowhere, plus they repel water well (tested with a hose) even with a hole but I suspect the waterproof lining is still fine so there shouldn't be any leaks. Air them out unless you're driving around 70 or so. So if you live in a hot place, as I would expect, you will arrive at your destination drenched in sweat. in terms of protection, the protection on the knees seems to be suitable for minor incidents, the protection on the thighs is just foam padding that says CE thought, and the cordura as you can see in the picture will most likely evaporate in a fall. I've worn these pants 4 times, FOUR and they are already coming loose and it's not a ripped seam or anything, the material itself is coming loose at the knee as you can see in the photos. my 2 stars because even if all the functions are in order and the pants work well, it means nothing if they just tear in vain.
