I love the wavy lines this press gives to the patties. It has a comfortable wooden handle and excellent stainless steel construction. It took me a while to get the proportions right so I could use this kitchen tool properly. I mix ground beef with egg, cornflakes, and dried onion soup, then make lemon-sized meatballs. I crush them in this press and they come out great. I use 80% meat, so there's a lot of fat on everything. Cleans well.
