My wife loves the look of the watch but after only 3.5 months of careful handling the crown/barrel broke while setting the time. REALLY? This is a woman in her fifties who owns at least 15 watches over 20 and only uses these watches as a "bling" watch. Not exactly someone to cut wood with this watch. My issue is with the warranty. Having owned them for less than 4 months the cracked crown/stem is not covered and they want to charge us over $35 for the repair and I have to pay to ship it to them! IT ONLY COST $58 and I have to pay over $40 to ship it to them and back! My local watchmaker said it would cost him $20 to fix. I guess I'll either fix it and void the so called warranty or just buy my wife a better watch like Seiko or Citizen.
