Works well. There are no problems transferring the circuit board to a new case. The dimensions of the new case are only a hair's breadth larger than the original. I discovered this while trying to put the old half and the new together. It is a bit difficult to transfer the immobilizer chip from the old to the new one. I found out that the new case has a slot that allows you to install the chip without opening the key side of the remote case. I opened this page because I misplaced the old ground key in the new case and was struggling with the spring. You can put a drop of glue or sealant on the immobilizer chip to keep it from falling out of the slot, or you can do what I did and clamp it with a toothpick or something small. All in all a great purchase for my 18 year old car.
