I am a very skilled computer user and have been building and redesigning systems for over 35 years. This car was not very well repaired. Here's why: 1. The PC came with a 480GB SSD, not a 512GB SSD. And it's not the result of formatted size vs actual size. Initial disk size 480GB, formatted size 446GB.2. The PC was DOA, so I could tell straight away from the BIOS beeps that the RAM wasn't installed properly. I removed all memory and reinstalled correctly and after that it booted fine. This required a complete disassembly of the PC components and their reassembly. I thought it would be easier and faster than returning it.3. Two RAM modules were corroded. After uninstalling and reinstalling, everything worked fine, so I'll leave them installed for now. I have a couple of 4GB add-on modules so I can replace them if they fail prematurely. The 2.5" SSD was installed incorrectly. It was glued to the hard drive bracket inside the PC with double-sided tape. Cosmetically, it was amenable to repair. Below are other design issues that didn't affect my score. A few things to keep in mind. about this model/form factor. If you installed a full-size hard drive, there is no room for SSDs. I ended up moving the SSD to the expansion slot as I needed disk space. I simply used double-sided tape and glued them to the blue plastic slot that attaches to the expansion card holder. The motherboard has three SATA connectors but only two SATA power cables. One for the drive and one for the DVDRW. I had to get a power splitter to install two SSDs and one HDD. I decided to move the DVD drive to an external enclosure as I rarely use it. This model has a VGA connector and two DisplayPort connectors, so I had to buy an adapter to connect a second monitor. It was cheaper and easier than buying a new DisplayPort monitor. This device is not suitable for RAM with heat sinks, as the drive bay is located directly above the DIMMs. It works great if you can remove the heatsinks from two of the four DIMMs. In general, I like the PC and it works well. It has full Windows 10 Pro.
