Easy to install, solid construction, stays in place and makes cleaning the headset easy! The forehead and back of the headrests stay in place thanks to small tabs that fit into the clips that also attach the pads (luckily easy to remove). The silicone finish is simply a function of the depth of the foam, not the use of a tab or glue. I haven't had a case of it accidentally detaching or slipping when putting on or taking off the headset. I was concerned as there weren't any reviews yet, but I really wish ALL the pads had silicone cases, not just face foam because VR can be very sweaty. TL;DR These covers work great and are worth it if you want all your pads covered and not smelly afterwards!
