I looked at a lot of filters and decided on this set. This filter set is really good. I like the fact that they are stainless steel because that means they will last a long time. Soft silicone grips on both ends were a wise design choice. The long handle of the largest sieve fits nicely around the large bowl. I make a lot of meat and vegetable broth. Very happy with this purchase. UPDATE CHANGE: April 11, 2017 - I've only used the largest of these filters since I got this set. Yesterday, 10/04/2017, I used the medium size filter for the first time. The solder on the screen filter on the handle did not match and fell off on one side. I love this kit BUT I now know you can't trust the solder points on the strainer handles. The return period expired 6 days ago. It was necessary to examine all 3 parts in more detail before thinking about it.
