Review on Wireless computer headset HyperX Cloud II Wireless, black/red by Adam Kaniuk ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Im not particularly happy, but basically everything is fine.

The headphones had a very serious drawback: the microphone mute button worked every other time. This is very inconvenient, especially if you need to quickly turn off the microphone, and here you have to poke 5 times. I wrote to Hyper X support, they told me, I quote, "Check the product on other PCs, if the problem is similar everywhere, then the case can be attributed to the warranty. Under the warranty, you can replace the product through the place of purchase." I took it to the CSN, where they changed it in half with grief. And what would you think? The new headphones have exactly the same problem. That is, this is not a marriage of the first headphones, it is a MARRIAGE OF THE ENTIRE SERIES (or design in general). I contacted Hyper's tech support again. They say "Send video". I send them, they answer, I quote: "Because the button is slightly pressed into the case, it requires targeted pressing exactly in the center of the button itself, pressing at an angle or the edge of the button may not be registered correctly. This case cannot be attributed to the warranty." I haven't heard such incoherent nonsense in a long time. This is the most common button that does not work well. But instead of admitting the problem, fixing it in the next batches, and returning all the old batches under warranty, you are talking some kind of nonsense about "address clicks" and "pressed into the case". Yes, right next to it, you have another button pressed in even more and it works without failures! In short, a complete shame. When buying headphones for almost 15 cases, you expect at least acceptable quality so that at least the buttons work. Well, about everything else: Sound 7.1. just adds a little echo, there is no question of any "spatial sound" there. The battery holds well, 20-30 hours, and maybe more. The sound is acceptable, the background is there, but not strong. There is no mini jack, for such money they could have inserted it. In short, I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING! : the microphone button is completely broken. I will change again. And let Hyper's bots continue to write in responses that "the problem is not widespread" when the microphone button does not work for two headphones in a row)

Pros
  • good battery, normal sound.
Cons
  • BAD ASSEMBLY, half of the buttons don't work well sound 7.1 about nothing no mini jack
