Do I have to ride my 18 wheel bike on this watch for the case to snap back into place? I've tried everything from trying to snap the entire lid in at once to one area at a time, even using pliers to snap the lid back in place, absolutely nothing works! The watch falls apart in my hands, but the cover just won't snap back into place. Is this a tactic used by some manufacturers to maximize sales? Request a replacement or refund. Better yet, just give me my money back. What is that, a disposable watch? I didn't see it in the feature box.
