just what i was looking for! I already have a few of these chargers and have bought more to adjust the voltage to suit my needs. These chargers are easily adjustable for current, output voltage and cut-off voltage. If anyone tells you that this will void your warranty, they are lying. These chargers are designed to be customized as needed! The top cover is held in place by 4 screws in the end plates. Remove the screws, remove the top and you will see 3 POTS right next to the DC output wire. Inside, just below the DC fuse holder is a POTS. It can be set to any voltage from 24V to 90V. I measured the charge current and both chargers I bought measure 2.8 amps not 3 amps. To be on the safe side, I checked with 2 ammeters. There is a POT inside that regulates the current and it is set too low. It's easy to set up. Be careful NOT to exceed 3 amps or you could burn out the charger. The 3rd potentiometer is the limit voltage. I never regulate it. It actually only regulates the slight deviation from the output voltage. The factory setting is suitable for any output voltage.
