Arrived broken, they're just plastic, and the heel is a death trap. Sent back because they were broken but even if they weren't they would have been reconfigured because. Unfortunately they are complete rubbish. My daughter was heartbroken but I was able to replace her with more durable flats that she loves and won't break right away.
