Seems a bit big. I have a skinny girl, 12 years old, originally ordered size 11/12. If it is too big, you have to order one size smaller. Came new and it seems wide. I think it will work. She's planning to use it for an event, so it'll probably be fine. The strap adjuster is cheaply made of thin plastic. I'm good at sewing so I'll probably make a few alterations to make it fit better. Overall this is a decent product. I wasn't expecting anything special for the price. This is a simple evening dress and will do the trick.
