Gave this to my 10 year old daughter for her birthday and she LOVES it! She asked for refills so I'm glad I bought the second set when I ordered the first. It will be a great gift for children of this age. I noticed that the description says both boys and girls will like it. I asked my 12 year old son if he thought it would suit boys his age and although he loves to create he doesn't think so because it is marketed as more girly and the scent is more girly (according to him, although I like to use all of my B&BW hand soaps and they often have "girly" scents). I'm sure younger boys will have no preconceived notions about this kit and will be delighted. This is really great! My daughter has made several soaps all by herself (with the "help" of her almost 7-year-old sister), including the first time, at the kitchen table while I was preparing dinner.
