The customer service team is very helpful when you need assistance or clarification about your account setup! They are always willing to help if I am having problems logging into my system after hours/on weekends etc.. There really isn't anything that would be bad at this point but there could definitely use more features added over time (more fields). If it's not something they can add themselves then maybe consider using another provider? It seems like everything works great so far though. Our accounting department uses datix daily.
