Very easy to get set up, very friendly team members who want to help you every step of the way. There is not much I dislike about this service. They do an excellent job with printing and mailing our products. The customer service is amazing! They were very good at helping us with our questions and keeping me in the loop with my campaign. I wish there was more options for templates that are simple to customize, but they do have some great ones. It's easy to use and has many different features that help you stay organized. It is easy to create custom letters or postcards, and it's also affordable. We used this software to send out information about an upcoming event.
