Review on ACdream by Farhad Cantu

I recently made several purchases from ACdream, including clothing, shoes, and luggage, in part because of the company's advertised reputation for providing vacation gear that is both practical and fashionable. On the other hand, my interactions with this business during the purchasing process were anything but satisfying. To begin, the apparel and footwear that I ordered but never received were of low quality and did not resemble the products shown on the website in any way. In addition, the sizes were completely inaccurate, and I was required to send everything back, which was a bother for me and cost me some money. Regarding the suitcases and other pieces of travel equipment, I was dismayed to discover that they had a very limited amount of functionality. The zippers on the luggage were only good for one use before they snapped, and the pockets on the backpack were so small that nothing could fit inside of them. It was obvious that the business put more emphasis on appearance than functionality, which is the exact opposite of what I wanted in travel accessories. The customer support at ACdream was unresponsive and unhelpful, which made the situation even more difficult. It took them several days to respond to my questions, and once they did, they were unapologetic and refused to make any exchanges or refunds available to me. In general, my experience with ACdream was very unsatisfactory, and I will not be recommending this business to anyone who is interested in purchasing high-quality clothing or other travel items.
