It's nice not having to hold the phone when I am.

It's nice that I don't have to hold my mobile phone in my hand when I go for a walk/jog. It's a little tricky to get it in the right position and tighten it over your shoulder yourself (you have a small hand), but you can do it. You don't have to worry about it falling out of the top flap that keeps it in place. Many Thanks
