Everything was as advertised until I tightened the nuts provided. After one it was quite difficult, after the second it became impossible to refuse. After taking another nut out of my drawer, she dressed well. Try installing the nuts on the workbench before reaching under the car. At first I thought the painted finish would create drag, but in the end the nuts must have been inferior - or bad batch etc. The damper works fine though.
