I work a night shift nurse and let me tell you these glasses work wonders. They not only filter out the harsh blue light from computer screens on which we work for hours. superfluous and overdone graphics - they're excellent for a variety of other reasons too. For example, not only can they frame my face nicely and comfortably, but they can also be used to deflect the pee, mucus, and swearing thrown at the staff all night!
