The product is well made but it should be marked iphone not itouch. The headphone jack is on the opposite side of the itouch. I tried several times to explain this to the manufacturer and they told me I was inserting it wrong and sent me pictures of how to work the item. I gave the product a 2 out of 5 for the volume control alone because I have to insert the itouch backwards to accommodate the misplaced headphone jack insert and this prevents the volume control from working properly. However, I am sure
