reviews before buying. I saw all the pros and cons and figured for $11 I was willing to take the risk. Worst case it would be good coloring paper for my kids. I wanted to print parts for a print and play game and was planning to box the cards or laminate the printed parts and boards. A thicker stock would of course be better, but at the same time I did not become for such a purpose, I don't need very thick cardboard as the sleeves and lamination make it thicker anyway. Additionally, one of the goals in creating a print-and-play game is to keep the cost of the game down. I bought 90 weight board and am very happy with the purchase. Receipt of the paper - When I received it, the packaging was torn. However, it was in a plastic bag so it wouldn't get dirty. At first I was concerned that it might have been repackaged, but I realized no one would be able to get the paper out or anything, so I decided to use it. 2 of the pages had slight fraying in the corners so I used those pages for card printing and it didn't matter. The paper was not soiled and correctly signed. First impression - Not exactly thick cardboard. But I expected that. However, it is quite thick and works well for my purposes. It's fairly resistant to folding on its own. I held it up to the light and could see through it a bit. Also, it appeared fairly smooth with a nice sheen. I'd say it's definitely thicker than a few sheets of paper when comparing it. Would you like to use it to print business cards? No, no, you wouldn't. Usage - I printed with an HP inkjet printer and it retained colors well without smearing. I cut it out with a cheap paper cutter and the cutter had a bit of a problem with it, but I don't blame the paper for that. When I put the printed material into the card sleeves, even though i cut it too big for the card sleeve and had to squeeze it into the sleeve, it didn't rip although i feared it would. The only time I worried about printing was when I needed a lot of ink on a large solid because for some reason when printed in green it looked slightly wavy (the tan was fine and I have a whole page brown printed with design splashes, but therefore not printed more than half a page of the green sold). Overall it worked really well for the purposes I had for it and I'll definitely be using it for more projects (I've already printed over 30 pages). I'm only giving it 4 stars because it seems a bit flimsy for Β£90 cards and I wasn't sure based on my experience with green, if I had to print an entire page in one color. but for this reason not more than half of the green page sold is printed). Pros
  • HEAVY CARD - Springhill 110lb card stock is an ideal choice for printing applications that require heavier weight paper; With a smooth surface, this high-quality white card stock produces crisp, bright prints with minimal show-through
Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something I read many
