I recommend to buy, the product is of high quality.

for my money (I took it for 18k) - a watch that has no competitors on the market from the word at all.
Harmins do not measure the pulse in the water, and most of the basic sports profiles are opened only when buying watches from 40k.
suunto? How many reviews I haven’t watched - I don’t understand how this brand still exists.
Apple Watch - 2 times more expensive, they hold a charge for 1 day, infographics in them tend to zero.

If you are engaged in light fitness, and the top statistics you need are steps and kilocalories - you don’t need this watch, buy xiaomi mi band 4-5 and be happy.
If you are an amateur athlete - vantage M is your choice.

Pros

1. (athletes know that it is not worth focusing on the indicators of the optical sensor at a high heart rate). 4. Sleep monitoring - interesting, fairly accurate statistics. 5. Training load pro, a great tool that will help not to be lazy for jumping people and not to get injured and overtrained by excessive enthusiasts) 6. Sync with Strava and Nike+. 7. Detailed and voluminous statistics on the polar flow website. 8. GPS on a four, but overall good. 9. 200 sports modes. 10. Cons

1. A terrible pedometer, on the Polar website it is written that they say that the watch converts any of your activity into steps, which of course is ridiculous, and looks like a way to pass off a bug as a feature. A banal example: I’m lying on the couch watching a movie for 2 hours, periodically reaching for a cup of tea - at the end of the movie, the clock shows that I found 400-600 steps 2. following the pedometer - counting daily calorie consumption: this is also some kind of comedy, I won’t say that I lead an active lifestyle, mostly sedentary with an admixture of activity, in the form of a norm of 10k steps a day and 1 hour of running / cycling, and so the clock says at the end of the day that I spent 4-5k calories per day ! it's something. 3. There are only 2 dials and one of them is absolutely uninformative, so consider that 1. 4.
