I have been using this product for a few years. Since I was 50, I've had blond but longer and thicker hair around the jawline and lip line. Then there is a cheat dark, thick! About once a month or two I use this cream and it does the trick. It's perfect? no But effective enough. Pros: Mainly removes hair. After washing with water, some of them need to be gently washed with a rag, the product does not reach everything. I use 7 minutes. I feel a slight burning sensation, but not much. If I leave it on for more than 8 minutes, sometimes my skin is slightly red for half a day or less. I apply the cream remover generously with my fingers to slightly damp skin. Wait the given time and then use the "Shave" action with the provided tool to gently scrape the hair. Rinse off any cream, then wipe away any stubborn residue with a damp cloth. The rest of the hair will somehow unravel and come out easily, at least for me. I recommend this product because the hair grows back much longer and I don't think it gets as coarse as shaving or other methods. I use an after cream to slow down the growth of new hair. It did irritate my skin a bit at times, but if I just stay with the remover cream for 7-8 minutes, it's negligible. I sometimes think it's some kind of mottled skin coloration in spots, but it could just be age spots that have nothing to do with it. Perhaps the cream unintentionally lightens the skin by showing those areas more. Anyway, overall I'm happy with how it removes my facial hair after menopause.
